Sunburst and Starlight would have solid backing in the show itself. Childhood friends, complement each other, still care about each other a great deal, even struggled with a variation of the same problem growing up.
Blueblood and Moon Dancer, I’m not sure would have many things in common. Or anything, really. Blueblood is a fop even under a well-meaning interpretation while Moon Dancer is a no-nonsense type. However, Glimmer and Blueblood might have even less things to bond over.

Of course not, he was absolutely in the wrong, though I maintain both of them were in the wrong and as far as ‘antagonists’ go all he did was be a bad date - and he had no obligation to Rarity, who had a vision of him she wanted and did stick around the whole night trying to make him be her dream Prince.
From Blueblood’s POV he was nicely letting someone spend time with him and all she was doing was complaining and huffing. He was definitely a dick - though she wasn’t perfect herself.
@Meanlucario
He honestly should never be considered an antagonist even, he’s more obliviously a jerk like Iron Will. He didn’t mean to do anyone any harm, he’s an oblivious sheltered guy. Anyway yeah - I agree! And I can’t help but expand on Blueblood he has a lot of potential!

Blueblood deserves better than Glimmer, all he did was be rude at a party - to someone who was also in the wrong. Blueblood and Moondancer can be good together, they both don’t exactly know how to fit in the way others would like, they could have a fun dynamic and they both deserve to be expanded upon. I have my reasons to love them.
