I don't think Celestia would have one. The Tantibus is a very specific occurrence based on Luna thoughts about herself and created with Luna's magic by herself. Just because one of the sisters has something doesn't mean the other has to have some version of it as well. Nightmare Moon and Daybreaker armight be different because they could both embody certain negative characteristics of the two and they could directly turn into them but I don't think Celestia would create anything like the Tantibus.
