cbz is basically a zip file with a bunch of pictures - the individual pages - which is basically reserved for comic reader apps. And yeah I wouldn’t really edit the pages at all.
I don’t know what’s a cbz file, but while you don’t degree the resolution and I haven’t to do anything I don’t see why not ^^

You could always commission him to do something specific like that.
How big is a “print quality”? because when I did it I was thinking in a vintage of a few inches XD what you ask would require I actually writhe something in the colored boxes and… I kinda don’t wanna continue the pster joke beyond :P
