These are trolls who invade our fandom.  
But honestly if we want to be better than these trolls we must show that we love something harmless and innocent like a simple muslim Fluttershy thart isn’t even bad or against the concept of Mlp. Our show teach friendship and acceptance for the good and not for the evil, let’s praise it!

That’s the same logic as saying that everyone who upvotes a rape picture is ok with rape in real life. Also the whole nazi stuff is just offensive humor that in most cases actually makes fun of nazis and their beliefs and some nazi pictures actually get downvotes if they get too political or too much into history or in some rare cases people are actually serious about the nazi stuff. These kinds of people exist everywhere and pratically everyone else hates them including bronies.

But how you know, this fandom ACCEPT almost everything! Holocaust denial, nazism, racism, Aryanne, and if they are downvoted everybody say in the comments that we should accept it.  
The bronies are supposed to be against the hatred and bigotred, and we aren’t proving nothing downvoting image of a pony headcanoned as muslim or as a human with diverse bodytypes, and upvoting nazism and intolerance.  
And if everybody can accept Fluttershy as a killer, a whore, a nazi. We should accept her as muslim.

That doesn’t prove anything, tho. Bronies aren’t less tolerant than people in general. If anything they are more accepting about a bunch of stuff. People just see them as cancer because they don’t like the concept of them. That doesn’t even mean they have to act more tolerant to prove them otherwise. Independent of whether these reasons make make sense or not unlike for the people who hate Islam people don’t have any actual reasons to hate them. Also being against something or hating something is an opinion as well. If you really want to tolerate everyone’s opinion you would have to tolerate them as well which means not calling anyone cancer. Or you may not tolerate them but it won’t have anything to do with being a brony but the opinions you have as a person or human being. You can’t possibly be completely tolerant as long as you don’t like or hate everyone equally independent of what they do. Whether that’s desirable is another question.

And it’s not even a bad cotext: the artist draw fluttershy headcanoning her as muslim, without saying something not related with mlp. If we can’t “love and tolerate” the peoples opinions we are all proving why the internet see the bronies sites as cancer.

Anyone can draw any mlp character the way they want. That’s the point of this website. They are also getting downvotes or upvotes according to what they draw and what context/meaning it has. A well drawn picture with a “bad” context or meaning can mean a lot of downvotes like in this case even if it is limited to being related to Islam or aspects of it without any given statement because that is a statement in itself. It’s only logical really.

I love this Fluttershy, the art style is very good.
 
And can we just let an artist draw a character how he want? This isn’t the Steven Universe’s fandom!

True - the artist appears to use that kind of gradient fill though to indicate the highlights on eyes.
 

 
I think it’s one of their stylistic choices. To be honest, I think a harder highlight is better - the gradient fill does look like you describe.
