Anyone can draw any mlp character the way they want. That's the point of this website. They are also getting downvotes or upvotes according to what they draw and what context/meaning it has. An well drawn picture with a "bad" context or meaning can mean a lot of downvotes like in this case even if it is limited to being related to Islam or aspects of it without any given statement because that is a statement in itself. It's only logical really.
