Description

I’ve changed their skin color to match their pony forms.
Used (official?) color references from the MLP wikia character pages.

Never been a fan of the color change aspect in EQG (especially Luna).
What do you guys think?

There’s nothing to fix for the hair, as far as I know, because the colors don’t noticably change for their hair/mane.

I realize now I messed up this upload in a few ways, especially not adding in the body outline colors! So made a redo ->

You do make an interesting case about the clothing colors, Mr. Horrible.
Mr. Horrible

It’s too deeply saturated to work with the rest of the colors in these designs. It works on ponies because they don’t usually wear clothes so there’s not as much contrast.

Take a look at the ponies that actually do wear clothes on a regular basis, and you’ll see that they typically have much more subdued color schemes.
