but an interesting idea.


 
However, I think it's more like how Luna put it near the end of this episode:
 
Nopony else is as willing to overlook protocol and ethics to get the job done.
 
Nopony else would be willing to mess with their demigod leaders the way she did.
 
Also, Celestia's 'what' in this episode might be the scariest thing she's done  
(also counting the Daybreaker stuff, cause she's too hammy).
