To be honest, I’d say both.
Hopefully Barb gets to do them as an adult. “Not another cute baby dragon!”
Who knows? Doing more Dragon roles in future cartoons, perhaps?

I doubt that would do anything. Considering her current state is her real form I’m guessing she is probably more like a sponge than a balloon. In that she has a flexible internal structure that keeps her shape but is capable of compaction, but will push her back into shape

Its like a metaphor for the fact that often young kid (male or female) is being voiced by adult female.
