Why is Starlight wearing her old hairstyle? Oh, theory: Her hair style differs whether she is face or heel. Here, she is portrayed with Trixie in their initial run, where they were heels. They later turned face, and Starlight changed her hair to match closer to Trixie’s style.

Extra theory: Maud is aligned with them as well in a kind of “enforcer” role, protecting the two smaller mares from larger opponents, like Gilda.
