@Clopitor The Apple Family only has to worry about money troubles in the winter, when they wouldn’t have any crop to sell. Even then they do okay unless the cider business bombs (which considering Ponyville’s love for Sweet Apple Acres cider, that is highly unlikely) They have enough funds that they can bounce back from major infrastructure damage to their farm, including complete destruction of their main barn, which is also their farmhouse.
