Creamcake Daze is typically known for not only being held back from kindergarten due to her unbearable shy nature, but she was born socially awkward and being a teenager and a soon to be adult only makes things worse. Even if Creamcake prefers to be alone instead of socializing, she absolutely loves baking! :heart: In fact, if any pony brings up a certain pony chef or recipe, it WILL get her talking! However, she only talks to ponies she knows she can trust and easily acquaint with. The reason why she’s socially awkward and in fact shy though is because she isn’t very fond of how rude, absurd and crazed ponies can be. Especially in high school. It isn’t because she hates and wants to get away from them, she just preferably likes peace and quiet. That’s why she won’t often socialize. Even is she is quiet most of the time, she is typically smarter than most ponies even if she doesn’t quite have as much confidence in herself as most ponies may.
Creamcake’s relation with Bon Bon is not of extreme hate nor of extreme love. Bon Bon is often out and about saving Equestria with her S.M.I.L.E. agency. Even if Bon Bon isn’t home quite as often as she used to be, she still cares about her daughter. She told her as a little filly that she snuck out all the time because she is a spy for S.M.I.L.E. and of course Bon Bon knew she could trust little Creamcake, because Creamcake is extremely good at keeping things quiet.
Creamcake’s relation with Lyra is slightly better since Lyra is home more to watch over Creamcake. Although Lyra is more interested in the concepts of magic, music, and mystical creatures, she still tries her best to bond with her daughter. Even if Lyra often burns what she cooks, the two just laugh it off and cut the burnt parts off. This is why Lyra’s cutie mark is a harp and NOT a cupcake.
The last relation I’ll bring up on this list is Creamcake’s love/hate relation with her soon to be boyfriend, Harmonic Palette. Harmonic Palette believes that although Creamcake is an extremely cute pony and definite eye candy for him, he still doesn’t like how she seems to be so quiet and how she always avoids ponies. It pretty much gets on his nerves and it annoys him about her. To get to know her a bit better and bring her out of her shell, his friends suggested going up and striking conversations with her which is exactly what he did. To start off with, he asked her to try something a bit new and out of her comfort zone by trying to play his violin instead of just baking cookies and cupcakes for everypony.
