Maybe you don't enjoy seeing "baby stuff", but I'd be willing to bet there are plenty of people out there who do (just as there were people who enjoyed "Baby Cakes"). Also, how would using an aging spell on Flurry Heart make any sense whatsoever? Why should she be deprived of a childhood simply because she is an alicorn?
