Soles of feet = Hyper-realistic wrinkled old-man feet.
As someone with both a tickling fetish AND a foot fetish, I find this picture does not turn me on very much. The beyond-realism detail on the soles is too much.

As a fellow artist I approve of this method.
Putting all the detail into feet to make them stand out was a brilliant move.
