I read it the opposite way. Beauty Bress can’t make her music without the sousaphone. Encircled in metal she stands, and through that metal she pours her art into a waiting world.
 
Clearly, it’s meant as a statement that technology can enrich creativity rather than stifle it.

If Beauty Brass symbolises the abused girlfriend, then surely it should be the sousaphone that offends the confessor? Its like going up to a woman who is getting abused and telling her that she offends you, and doing nothing about the boyfriend.

While we’re confessing shit, I admit to touching up a bass at a store while no one was looking. I made things to those thick strings that only hentai movies would talk about. I have yearned to do it again sometimes, maybe do it with a drum or a cello, or….a flute….(jizzinmypants.jpg don’t judge me.)

I call her Beauty Brass, but Bluenote is certainly my second choice. Unless we get a similar looking blindbag and/or canon name, I’m sticking to whatever seems most common.

I’ve been saying this for awhile but this pony needs a better name than “Beauty Brass” I mean I think there are more “Equestrian” Names than that right?
