well anyway you’ll be fine, just find other stuff that feels so good, like praise or sex. the real addiction is when you feel too good and it burns out your feel-gooders, so you stop being able to feel good without the drug. just wanting it is only half the problem.
Don’t try any unless you check your family history first. That’s my advice. I didn’t find out until after my first time that I have the alcoholic gene on both sides of my family. Oops. I have it under control, but I am hooked. I still don’t like the taste but it just feels so good.
I don’t think anyone likes the taste at first. getting drunk feels good. repeat that enough times, and it starts tasting better. some alcoholic drinks taste stronger than others though. some are even designed to disguise the taste of alcohol almost entirely.
that’s just what I’ve heard though. I’ve never drank any alcohol myself, outside of occasionally questionable juice.
I actually tried alcohol for the first time in my life just so I would know how to play this. This was pretty much how it went.
I can’t imagine anyone actually likes the taste. I think we’ve all just been pretending.
Also that is first time trying alcohol.
