Considering that changelings made their first contact by launching a covert campaign that came closer than any other threat we’ve seen to completely overthrowing the princesses and sacking the capital city, such measures aren’t exactly unwarranted…

He’s forced to wear a collar and shackles, was made to have his teeth cut down despite the freed changelings being described as nonhostile and harmless, is banned from participating in any major social events, is being forced to publicly answer questions about himself by order of Celestia, and there seem to be guards watching him most of the time. He says the royal guard “trained” him to speak for and represent the others of his kind, and insists that he’s perfectly happy despite all of it.
 
Am I the only person who finds this tumblr creepy?
