So would she be immune if she were to the Alicorn Amulet then? Or will she more susceptible to it or similarly enhancements now that she is reformed? Or does using such items or spells bring out an even WORSE alter ego come forth from deep within her psyche? In that case she might as well go full on Nightmare/Midnight mode.

Couple things I already regret.
 
Shoulda put in a picture of Alicorn Amulet Trixie in there, perhaps instead of Sombra.
 
And instead of the last two lines, I shoulda put, “Starlight is mostly inoculated to this effect” and “mostly”.
