I find that highly unlikely mostly because is there is no reason to revert the lead role tfrom Starlight. She is the one with the arc as well as the remaining plot thread involving Chrysalis as well as the writers more consistently moving away from Twilight as in the past three seasons her role has gotten smaller. Yes she was a big player in the premier and finales Pre season 5 but now that had all but vanished as well. To be perfectly blunt I doubt they're going to do much with the Mane 6 anymore considering how important Starlight is to them.
