Description
A while back I was going through my sketch folder and noticed this drawing I did a couple months back. I remember being so proud of it back then, but now when I looked at it more closely I figured it’s not as good as I thought it to be so I decided to redraw it.Now some word of explanation is required for those of you who are not familiar with the pre-G4 “My Little Pony”. In the “Year Five” (1986-1987) of the original MLP toyline, Hasbro released a first set of the, so-called, “Pony Friends”: a bunch of cutesy, colorful brushable animals, similar in style to the original MLP figures. One of the figures from the first set, was Spunky the Camel. I’m not sure why, but I sort of developed this headcanon about Spunky being this “sassy gay friend” sort of character (and yes, Spunky’s a boy in my headcanon): his personality being a mix between G4 Rarity, Steven Magnet and Tracks from the original “Transformers” cartoon. Please, don’t ask… Oh, and the scarfie’s my own addition. Spunky(c) Hasbroart(c) me
