I bought Cloud Puff from E-Bay and as you can see, she’s a Flutter Pony with no wings. Flutter Ponies are smaller than the regular ponies(size comparison picture is coming up soon!) and they have a faerie like wings on their backs. The downside is that their flutter wings are fragile and break off very easily. This one lost her wings long ago and here’s a pic that I found on My Little Wiki on what she looks like with wings. [link]Flutter Ponies made their first appearance in My Little Pony The Movie(with shitty animation but good storyline) where they helped Megan and other ponies to defeat the giant purple ooze monster called Smooze using their Utter Flutter and saved Dream Valley. They also appeared in My Little Pony cartoons in a few episodes such as The End of Flutter Valley and Return of Tambelon. Their weakness? Getting their wings wet or drenched in sticky honey, thus causing the wings to get heavy and unable to fly away from danger. They can’t run very fast either since they spend more time flying than running.Again, Flutter Ponies are from My Little Pony Generation 1 and is not shown in FIM.Cloud Puff has got a few purple smudges on her body(not sure what it is, maybe it’s a marker? I don’t know), her hair and tail is frizzy, and her symbol on the other side is sort of faded. She’s gonna be my bait pony! XD
