Well it isn’t, it’s about the KKK existing in Equestria. The three races of Equestia have legitimate differences so I find the concept of ponies attacking each other for their fur colours rather than something that actually affects their abilities/status in society to be amusing.
It could still be a racial supremacy group such as Unicorn Supremacy.
Maybe a bit… The joke was less about “Ooh look, it’s the KKK, how offensive!” and more about Ms. Intern being an idiot and how absurd the KKK would be in a world without uniform skin colours.
