I read the first dozen or so comics when they first came out, and eventually came to the conclusion that the ideas in them are so universally terrible that anything that happens in the comics is actually banned from my headcanon.
Sorry, I can’t agree in this case. The comics make her seem like Pinkie Pie, crazy, running around and almost dumb.
Pinkie herself is an intersting character, but we REALLY don’t need any other Pinkie Pies. I really like Luna’s portrayal in the show, to me, it’s the only true and best form of canon.
Ah, if only we could really communicate that! I’d be perfectly fine with spider-roommates if would understand and agree not to bite me. I’d even make them a deal: For every nasty thing you catch/eat and save me from (wasps, centipedes, etc) I will buy crickets and put them in your web for you.
Very cool! I’d love to pet a camel spider. Those guys look genuinely warm and snuggly.
Alas, yes, all I have here is my rather-large house spider. She came in when the weather turned cold, likes to keep me company while I shower and shave – I think it’s the humidity she likes – and watches over me, literally, while I sleep. I told her in no uncertain terms that she’s welcome to stay as long as she likes, unless she bites me.

I would trust SOME of them to be ‘cuddle spiders’. I’ve handled a couple different tarantulas that were pretty cool. The bigger house and garden type spiders? I’ll stay away from them. Although, jumping spiders and peacock spiders are cute AF.
They are! You just have to be reeeeeeeally gentle. :3
Why Luna seems much interesting in other forms of media rather than the show itself?
