Inexplicably in power
The server that actually seems to affected by the routing problems is Spitfire, and she’s the media server who handles all the images. It seems that most people can still access Trixie, the main app server, quite happily. The specificness is infuriating. If you can find a proxy that works, just roll with that for now.

inCloak seems to get it to work okay. The free service isn’t up 100% of the time but when it’s working I can view the booru almost as well as normal.

The trouble is finding one that takes the correct path in Europe. Tracert shows that the signal gets across the Atlantic, but flops when it gets to the routing servers.

Nope, all images from derpibooru are unable to be sent here.
 
Doing tracert shows problems on the European side. So no DB images ever get seen.
