Though, Miyamoto made a sidescrolling game before Mario, and before Namco made "Pac-Land, it's called "Excitebike." (Not many know he made that one.)

I hear that whole "Walt was anti-semetic" stuff was bullcrap actually, People who knew him personally, including a guy who had a bad experience with him (so he's not speaking out of favoritism) debunked that already, and Walt himself hired Jews to work for him, and even non-whites. (A young black animator said Walt looked at his works, and hired him after his secretary tried to get rid of him.) He wasn't a saint, but not as "racist" as the media assumes.
