Also, cartoons were in the “Wild West” stage all those years ago, they could get away with a whole bunch of stuff then. I will agree that a lot of their structure was rather lacking.
Once you see what good television is, you start to regret the hours you wasted with lesser products.

But eh, not a single old series I’ve watched has stood the test of time - I used to like Beyblades, and I’ll forever be ashamed of it. (Especially as it was the Norwegian dub of it - I was young at the time, alright - and that has terrible VA work)
You don’t speak ill of old Nokias- old Nokias speak ill of you.
