I like part 5, but you’re right. I don’t feel invested in Italy as much as I did Morioh, possibly due to translation and the lack of previous characters–except, you know, Turtle Guy, in the final arc. I did have a hard time with Part V and had to re-read it twice.  
The stand battles though, holy crap I love them. The whole Train to Florence fight and Pesci and his Beach Boy being so fucking lethal really made me think twice about “weak” non-flashy stands.

Metallica was another good one as well.
 
And I have what King Crimson and even GER Gold Experience down pretty well. How will it be animated though… THAT is something I can’t wait to see! :3

Oh, yeah, Vento Aureo is still great. I’m really looking forward to seeing some of my favourite fights animated: Black Sabbath, White Album, Notorious B.I.G., and Metallica. :3

Hmm… I BELIEVE I read that version and later, the updated one. I think I started to join the JJBA fandom quite a bit into the Part 6 translation. So far I’ve read the series about 3 and a half times. Later bits of Part 4 and the entirety of 5 seemed to drag for me personally. Not that I can exactly pinpoint WHY. Though thps48 made a valid point about Giogio’s characteristics and role in Part 5.
 
Parts 5 and 6 had… rougher scans and translations of the bunch and here’s hoping they get a release over here.(I have read all that they printed so far over here in the USA and I wasn’t terribly disappointed in the name changes. Understandably so.)
 
Still… The end of Part 5 was pretty good in my opinion. Even if MANY have a hard time… explaining what happened. I wrapped my head around it over time and think I understand it well enough.

Doesn’t really help that the initial part 5 translation sucked a lot of character out of everyone.

I’m not gonna lie, after Part 4, the stories I remember the most about are Parts 6 and 7. Still, it’ll give me a lot to look forward to, and I’ll enjoy watching everything :D

It doesn’t help that his actual characterization is of a soft-spoken kind-hearted individual. Which simply makes him beyond boring outside of all his fights. >w<
 
Oh, and he actually is the frontrunner in less than a quarter of the fights of all the other six Parte 5 mane protagonists. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out why ASB only had three Parte 5 missions. XP

Oh… So I wasn’t the only one that thought that? Giogio seems… very… how to say… quiet? He seems to lack the presence that the others have. It’s hard to describe HOW that is, but it seems that I remember the rest of the group more then I remember him.

well part 5 has some of the most amazing standbattles in all of jojo.  
I think its just the ending and the fact that giogio is just meh  
that leads a lot of people to proclaim part 5 as the weakest part.

Not gonna lie. Part 6 is my favorite one in the series, but I don’t mind them doing Part 5 at all! I wanna see the ENTIRE series done. Come on dudes! We’re half way there already! WE CAN DO IT!

Everyone outside of Japan seems to want DP to skip Parte 5 and go straight to Part 6. Unfortunately, because JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken is Japanese… XD
