Apologies, it’s actually called the Paths Tool. That and the basic brush is what I use.
Wow! But I tried the pen tools, none of them worked :/

Hey there. Most of it was done with the brush tool and eraser. After I was content with the sketch, I went back with the pen tool to do outlines. If there’s an easier way, then I sure don’t know it because this took me close to ten hours.
