The girlfriend suggested this idea for a sketch. These two are so opposite of each other that they would be perfectly cute with each other.
Indi’s a bit into being number one and Sugar’s bad with intimate moments. They seem to understand each other fine.

I still have a guilty pleasure for the one-sided side of things.
I still kind of ship one-sided Sugarlight, though.
I feel if you dig enough, even the most “one-dimensional” of characters have some kind of depth as far as interactions, I figured though Sugar is blunt and comes off “cold”, she has so many things on her mind that she’d like to express but doesn’t know how. Someone who is a bit “socially off”. Indigo might be a social bug who comes off arrogant but cares a lot about the people she cares about, even if she’s a bit of a dope.
And right? It works out so well, even if it’s oft-mentioned.
… Also, funny enough, Indigo and Sugar are basically the rivals of Rainbow Dash and Applejack, respectively; it’s funny how Appledash is common enough, that you’d think Sugarzap might have more fans, or at least content and art…
