What can Friendship is Magic do to better help and promote The Trixie Show?
Which is what I pointed out about BP’s claim. They said Trixie is in that same 0.0001% range as Twilight or Starlight. I’m not even sure Sunset is in it.
I kinda compare her to many other antangonists/villains/rivals in other shows or games like Miles Edgeworth, Jack Spicer, Vegeta, etc which is what oddly makes me charmed to her. It’s kinda uncommon to have female boasters around, aside from some in animes.

I think we both can agree that regardless of who turns out to be right, Trixie is still Trixie and Trixie is best pony.

There was some euro comic about her cutie mark story.
It was nice, and fit very well.
Never implied it was a dark, troubled past. She could have just had a hard time between trying to improve her act and traveling. We don’t know, but whatever.
If that’s how you wanna see it that’s fine. Until Her backstory is established there’s no way to know for sure. I think it would be more thematic for her if she was just a shallow jerk so we can actually see her become a more layered and complex character over time. I think that’s much more organic and believable then just giving her a dark and troubled past.

Eh, I don’t see it as such. I see the whole “jerk” thing as just a front to protect herself.
No she wasn’t. She was a jerk and not very likeable. But unlike a lot of characters who have a heel face turn, Every one of her ill deeds bit her on the butt in a satisfying way and she was sympathetic and relatable before she became good guy.
Trixie was just a broken pony who wanted a friend all along. c:
Whether she’s actually a magic pro or not, Back in the day, we all believed her to be one. This belief shaped a lot of the fan work based on her and helped establish her as a rival for twilight in the collective mind of the fandom.
Trixie created a longing amongst the fandom for a Twi counterpart That the showstaff must have noticed. would Sunset or Starlight exist if Trixie hadn’t become so popular?
See, I’m pretty sure Trixie actually is quite magically talented unicorn. We just tend to compare her to ponies like Twilight and Starlight (or Sunset, for that matter) who are in the top 1% of unicorns, or quite possibly in the top 1% of the top 1%.
I hope this is satire towards all the people who want to analyze everything.
