Depends who’s drawing it but I find luna’s color scheme/design and other character/physical traits sexier. Right now, neither plot is particularly “dat ass” or even big so luna no contest.

It’s hard to go wrong with either, but the broad coverage of Luna’s cutie mark just puts her over the top in plots. Honestly, I think she has the best cutie mark of anypony, even over Rainbow Dash.

Well, I don’t know if Celestia really has a plot, I guess if you count Nightmare Moon’s plan to bring eternal night to Equestria. That’s a pretty good one. So I guess Luna wins!
