Similar to another picture by this guy, i like to think that Bon-Bon (being the nice friend that she is) offered Lyra a foot massage after the latter had a hard day at school. Lyra falls asleep mid-massage because she is so relaxed and Bon-Bon starts to tickle her as a joke.

(BTW, does this guy have a tickle fetish or something?)
