As far as I have seen, the actual ponified Sailor Moon is a different character:
your current filter.
your current filter.which is why I named this purple Gameloft one Usagi instead of her full name, to differentiate them. The ponification isn’t a canon character, while this one technically is, so I figured they should have different names (but not by much).

Sorry, I thought you just didn’t tag the character she was a reference to correctly.
But she’s s clear reference to tsukino usagi, so I think it should actually be both
