I was thinking perhaps the Space Core from portal crash lands on Cell’s head so we can have a triple-crossover. Or they could actually be on top of Aperture and it wakes up GLaDOS, who proceeds to use them as test subjects. Then they have to work together in order to get out, at the end Cell is launched into space because GLaDOS realizes how much of a threat he is to the planet. Octavia basically takes the role of a mini-Chell for a while.
 
Or perhaps Octavia goes super-super-super-super-super Sayian due to the adrenaline rush and it creates a giant crater in the planet. Sending them both into space. They’d have to still be alive but unable to get near each other, and then pathetic miles-away-in-space slapping contest ensues.
 
Or Chewbacca could always show up. Maybe Darth Vader.
 
Who knows, but I will be disappointed if something crazy doesn’t happen.
