Yes, Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. Long story short, on their way back to stand trial for the events of the previous movie, Captain Kirk and crew learn that Earth is apparently being attacked by an energy draining alien probe of unknown purpose and origin. Newly reborn Spock correctly deduces that the probe is seeking the sounds of another life form native to Earth that was eventually hunted to extinction, the humpback whale. This prompts the former Enterprise crew to travel back to the 1980s, attempt to acquire two humpback whales in captivity, and return home with them to the future to prevent the probe from wiping out all human life on Earth.
The line in question comes from chief engineer Montgomery Scott, shortly after successfully beaming both whales into a tank they built onboard their ship.
