Fun fact: the more times you bounce the Rebound Striker off of walls, the more damage it does, eventually becoming a decent weapon. It follows the Mega Man 10 theme of most weapons being really, really annoying to use effectively, assuming it is possible to use the weapon effectively at all.
 
Note that the bounce property works during boss battles, at least to the bosses who are weak to the Rebound Striker; I’m not sure about the rest. This actually makes it one of the more interesting weapons to use if you aren’t just throwing it in their face… It is, of course, much easier to throw it in their face.
