He gets REALLY enthusiastic with the waffle batter and ends up either making a huge mess (thus the ban in the one in North Carolina) or almost completely gums up the hinges and renders it inoperable (thus the one in Paris). Luckily they fixed the Paris one or he would have had to pay for it. Apparently it happened at least once before, according to my mom. So those are the three I know about for sure.
