I consider that very OOC for Rainbow Dash. While Spitfire and Angel are consistently jerks, Rainbow just has jerk moments every now and then. Plus Pinkie laughed at it making her tgink it was ok. Let’s just say of all the mane six, Dash and Pinkie are probably the most immature.
I was talking about the prank episode.
She did apologize though. Before the big game.
Explained away as nerves getting the best of Dash.
Didn’t Fluttershy do almost the exact same thing to her in Sonic Rainboom? Where was the outrage over that?
Didn’t Dash almost make Flutters hyperventilate and couldn’t even be bothered to apologize?
That’s like justifying her treatment in Cupcakes with “Yeah she’s a jerk, let’s horribly butcher her.” It’s not funny, it’s cruel, and what’s more Dash wasn’t even as bad as Spitfire in this episode. Dashabuse is funny in small amounts but when it involves Dash being harmed by Fluttershy, a pony in most episodes that she’s tried to protect, it just seems needlessly cruel.

To be fair, she was a big fat jerk who had it coming
