Uh… If you’re as smart as Celestia thinks you are, then you should know that you will die in 2-3 days due to lack of sleep. That ain’t healthy.
 
What source of evidence did you get that from? You’re more likely to die from sleep deprivived events (driving, tripping and falling) than you are from the sleep alone.
 
So unless Twilight has a fatal familial insomnia (Prion disease to the brain), I very much doubt it…
