So you see getting even with the person who got you to lose your dream job and your home vandalized by challenging them to a duel of skill as a crime? Not only that but a crime worthy of being sent to basically hell? You're... odd.

What did that get Luna? Did sending her to the moon for 1,000 years change her back or teach her a lesson? The only thing it did was give time to find the element bearers as a punishment it did nothing and was pointless and in Trixie's case you would be arresting the victim not the actual person committing the crime, it's like buying food from a store that poisons it's customers and then arresting the people who get sick it makes no sense.

The worst Trixie did was play up her abilities and act arrogant while performing her show and the towns response to this was to end her career and vandalize her house which by the way is an actual crime they should have been arrested themselves, Trixie felt she was wronged out of proportion and rightly so and wanted to prove to the person who set all this in motion a lesson by besting her with skill and used a amulet she was told had great power to achieve that though cheating it's still not a crime and the shopkeep did nothing to dissuade her from buying or tell what it would do to her, she was not in control of her actions once she put it on and it's the fault of the person selling it not the buyer, like I said it's like getting sold poisoned food and then the person who gets sick is the one who gets punished.
