That’s right. New York’s Attorney General is suing TrumpU for fraud. And the case seems to be in favour of New York.  
In fact, most of the cases seem to be not in the favour of Trump

The Clintons used the state department to funnel 55 million dollars to an organization run by Laureate’s founder and chairman. In return, Laureate paid Bill Clinton 16.46 million dollars over 5 years for using Bill Clinton’s likeness. Bill abruptly resigned from his lucrative position when these facts were revealed in April 2015.
 
According to the Washington Post Laureate used 200 million dollars per year on flashy adds during Bill’s tenure and the college cared more about extracting tuition payments than imparting knowledge to the students. Go read the eye opening article for yourself.

Full disclosure, i’m not an American, but it doesn’t take a genius to see that Hillary is no good. Personally though, if I was American I would have voted third party, cause I disagree with quite a few things Trump says as well. I just don’t belive him to be a horrible human being.

No, if he was fired, then he gains negative credibility, because not only has he sacrificed his professional duties to mug for a camera, but he failed to read his audience. The only way he could have dug himself out of that hole would have been to quit and return to practicing medicine, and he couldn’t even do that on his own.
