For those who don’t know, the Mask doesn’t just turn people into wacky cartoon characters, it gets rid of everything that would hold that person back from doing whatever they want, like reason or morality or the laws of physics. Pinkie already seems to not hold back from doing whatever she wants though, so who knows if it would even work on her.

We can only hope she doesn’t become the comic Mask. I don’t think any reality would survive Big Head Pinkie Pie and no way it would end well for her if the Mask ever got taken off.
 
She seems like the sort that would immediately try to commit suicide if she got brought back down to normal and realized all the people she horrifically killed as Big Head.
 
Equestria is probably more or less safe with a film Mask Pinkie Pie. She’d probably be something like a benevolent Discord.
