“Oh, for the love of all that’s holy.”
You stole words out of my mind.
I’m paramilitary, militia. The Wonderbolts remind me of a unit in that they have callsigns and a culture. They don’t operate like one and are so mildly military that if it weren’t for the barracks and other informed trappings, they’d essentially be a winged circus troupe. If you were as casual with any officer as Dash was, in my unit, you’d get a rifle stock upside the head. Complain about your callsign, you’ll get an even worse one. However, Dash definitely was doing pretty much everything to make the unit hate her – being arrogant, being an upstart, being annoying, getting in everyone’s face, griping about her callsign, and going against protocol in a way that could have killed people. The fact she didn’t get clubbed or just stonewalled is amazing.
just once i’d like to see someone get it right, is all.
“The Wonderbolts will see me right here at the Gala!”
I heard the song more than a few times before.
They act like a cartoon military unit and I mostly mean by how they treat dash with her nickname and that they scold her for performing a potentially life threatening maneuver without informing them.
I wish.
nah, man. actually having been military myself, they act nothing like a military unit.
Quack.
Nope
I suppose so.
Spitfire and Soarin have remained roughly the same sense we saw them back at the first gala with the exception of rainbow falls which had a lot of out of character moments for everyone. Overall they act like a military unit and have in jokes during their free time but tend to remain professional on the job, I can easily see why they would be looked up to and respected.
More like their characterization is so inconsistent it’s not even funny, and thus it’s a wonder why Dash ever looked up to them.
Yep.
Sounds about right.
there are not enough HA‘s in the world for that. the wonderbolts make sgt. sholtz look like col. landa. “great” ponies they ain’t.
Preform for crowds of thousands
They’ll shower us with diamonds
Is it weird I know it?
Maybe it’s a signature move reserved only for dash, and spitfire isn’t any slower just because she can’t make a boom. It’s more of a showcase anyways.
I totally screwed the entire moral because I stole everything at the end XP

Those enough HA’s for you?
You’ve heard of the Sierra Madre Casino. We all have, the legend, the curses. Some foolishness about it lying in the middle of a City of Dead. A city of ghosts. Buried beneath a blood-red cloud… a bright, shining monument luring treasure hunters to their doom. An illusion that you can begin again, change your fortunes. Finding it, though, that’s not the hard part. It’s letting go.
Hearing the phrase “letting go” reminds me of a very frustrating dlc, rather than a musical number.
