Hey, cheerleading is harder than it looks. Not to mention the fact that it seems Cheerilee is running the race, and giving out the awards. Hardly seems like that allows for bathroom breaks.

As a child she alwaysed loved learning and thus wanted to become a teacher, but as she grew she often found it disconcerting how so many around her seemed to “stagnate” as they aged and seemed to forget so much of the wonder for the world around them.
 
While she is more then content to play the part of a an adult and take on the responsibilities as such in order to provide the younger generation the same chances she was provided by those before her she never wants to forget the small filly within her just soaking up the wonders of the world.

Maybe she does it to try and fit in with the kids!

I guess she sometimes gets a little “over excited” at the races?  
Also wouldn’t be a complete stretch to think one of the fillies or colts came to wish they had been wearing on during the crash.
