The thing is flash is not at all made for this kind of stuff. If you’re looking for something that can do vector based artwork well then check out inkscape or adobe illustrator.
If you want to try your hand at bitmap based art then try krita, it’s free and a really good program. The only thing I’ve personally found better than it is manga studio 5.
I can draw better in Flash than most people can in any other program. Literally, I don’t get what people have against this when there is much worse on here that gets praised to high-heaven. :-/
Ah alright, was just trying to give some advice. Flash is seriously bad for this kind of stuff lol.
