Not sure if that works. After all, the trigger only applies once per opponent's spell. Sure, you can get a one-blue-per-spell profit out of Quibbler with that setup, but you still need an opponent to cast infinite spells to get it to go infinite.
Also, I thought incessant was the more fitting adjective. ;)
