You're somehow denying the things listed in the picturedidn't happened? They'll all completely factual.
1. It wasn't until Dash stood up and threatened to quit did Spitfire take Lightning Dust's misbehavior seriously.
2. They tried to get Dash to abandon her friends for them. In addition they misled Soarin so Dash could take his place.
3. Dash was framed simply because the former commander didn't want her breaking his record (How can you say this is a severe twisting? That was_*literally_* the plot.)
4. Even when she said she didn't like the name, the rest kept rubbing it in.
This isn't someone exaggerating things. These events were all clearly visible EXACTLY as described, in the episodes.
