I think that’s what makes reformed Glimmer interesting, I kinda wish they would show that fault/flaw of her’s more like they did in “No Second Prances” where she tends to go overboard with that kinda thing. Kinda harkens back to her personality before getting reformed, abit without making her too much of a bitch.
Oh, no, I agree it’s in character for Glimmer to be this kind of backhanded dismissive with an almost hypocritical display of unconcern while insisting she is concerned, I’m just saying she’s wrong to think her view of her own actions is accurate.
Also, it really bugs me when people insist they are doing something nice for me when it’s actively detrimental to me. Like when your little sister overcooks the t-bone steak you bought for a special occasion because she decided cooking for you was a favor without asking.
I dunno, I think it’s in line for Glimmer to be really fishing for a compliment and please Twilight, but then she clearly sees how bad it is.

Y’know, some fans feel Glimmer never got what she deserved, yet things like this tend to backfire on her alot.
