Kind of funny since we’re still on a MLP website. Undertale isn’t even a year old; I realize MLP is still in its sixth season but I still find it and Undertale relevant. I don’t expect to play Undertale again but I loved it.

Never cared for FNAF all that much and as great as overwatch is it’s not exactly a thought provoking story driven game with deep lore the characters have backstories sure but it’s hardly a beloved character base like Undertale. Honestly I’m more into Undertale than I am MLP right now. >.>
You heard the man, folks! Undertale is old news, gotta jump on that new shiny fad! Ditch the cosplays, burn the fanart, shelve all the discussions! Timelessness, like backwards compatibility, is for chumps! Who needs a game that stands the test of time, amirite? Welcome to Sonic Team, we make games I think!
Or, to put it more simply…

All interesting points of view but I think Undertale is old news; everyone seems to be talking about Overwatch and/or Battlefield 1 now. FNaF was replaced by Undertale and in it’s turn it was bound to be replaced by something else. Such is life.
Being that I much prefer the merciful route I am in stark disagreement. It’s easy for me to say it now though, in front of a fictional character. See if I actually follow through to any real people though (and not to ruin my life.)

I actually don’t care about Asriel I think after seeing every possible outcome for so long anyone would start have blurred view of right and wrong also when you spare him he shows emotion and tells you how you can bring asgore back to life which he does and after the second battle he then runs away after that and is never heard from again I honestly think he could have been part of the group if they found him again. I may also be a little biased because I like the fan works of him as part of the group but there is still some evidence that show’s it’s possible. I don’t really care about goat kid especially sense you only see him once for like a minute I personally like Flowey more than him.

See, the issue I have with people saying that Flowey is sympathetic is that it’s something of a misleading statement. They’re not sympathizing with Flowey, they’re sympathizing with Asriel. The problem there is that…well, Flowey ISN’T Asriel. The closest he gets is that, with the powers of six human souls and the entire population of the Underground, the memories of Asriel from being sprinkled onto flowers are given emotional context, not a soul itself. Flowey is, at best, a facsimile of Asriel, who is truly dead, and without that context is a mass murdering jerk who pretended to start having a conscience at the end of a Neutral Run to con Frisk into getting him more souls.

I actually like Flowey in the sense that once you learn who he is and what he’s gone through I think he deserves another chance.
Chara can burn though.
It’s Chara. Even if he did nothing wrong in this timeline, that alone makes him worthy of death.
Same with Flowey. Honestly, once the monsters were out of the Underground Gaster should have dragged both of them to the void where they belong. >:)
… Why? Oh. THAT’S why. (still, I’m not fond of killing him/her for that.)
@Pagan
The shirt is still Frisk’s so things /might/ be OK…
