My interpretation is that Shining thinks Twilight will fall in love with a guard like how Cadence is married with Shining (the guard) when Twilight’s castle is monitored by some guards… I’m not sure myself as well, eh.

You might be right though - if I remember correctly, there is a Chinese restaurant named 鍋裡壯店 (Guo Li Zhuang) whose keynote delicacy is the sexual organs of a male horse, among other things. They are able to … “scale the meal to your appetite” … so to speak.
But, sadly, I can’t read Korean, so we’ll have to wait for the efforts of someone who speaks fancy.
