doesn’t seem to be traced, different medium and style. i wouldn’t say this is art theft for that. should credit the original but i don’t see every fan art maker crediting hasbro in everything.
well they’re not saying anything at all about basing it on someone elses art at the source. and not crediting the original is basically the same as claiming it as their own

Depends. It’s a different style and medium from the original. Unless they’re claiming credit for the original scene, I don’t really see much of a difference between this and all the other fanart that portrays scenes from the show in different styles.
